For Compliance of Entities Under the Catawba Indian Preferential Hiring Ordinance

RESOLUTION No. 002

This resolution refers to the Zone’s compliance of the Tribal Employment Ordinance, and describes the mechanisms through which the CDEZ complies with the Ordinance for its hiring of personnel. It also encourages companies with no physical presence in the Zone to hire Catawba citizens, and other Native-Americans.
