Banking and Financial Services Code

As authorized by the Zone Authority Commission, the Catawba Digital Economic Zone is glad to release to the public the complete draft of its proposed Banking and Financial Services Code. This draft is the backbone that will allow the CDEZ to charter banks and regulate payment stablecoins issuers.
